Works with USB or Bluetooth barcode scanners, or tap "Photo" to snap the barcode with your phone. Scanning the same item again adds 1 unit.

Edit name, category, supplier, unit, reorder point and barcodes, or delete an item.
Account
Square images work best. The logo shows at the top of the app, on the PIN screen and in the browser tab.

Staff
Each person picks their name and enters a 4-digit PIN to use the app on a device. When the list is empty, the app opens without a PIN.
PINs keep the app tidy on shared kitchen devices. They're a simple lock, not bank-level security.

WhatsApp number for each supplier
Enter numbers with the country code, e.g. 61412345678 (04… numbers are converted to 614… automatically). Leave blank and WhatsApp will let you pick a chat or group when sending.
