86Never is a kitchen app for restaurants: stock, ordering, receiving and prep lists. This page explains what information we keep and why.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and email from your Google account. We do not receive your Google password.
• Restaurant data you enter: restaurant name and logo, ingredients, stock levels, orders, supplier names and WhatsApp numbers, prep tasks, staff names and PINs (stored as secure hashes).

How we use it

• To sign you in and show your restaurant's data to you and your team.
• To send account emails, such as the link that confirms your email address.

We do not sell your information, show ads, or share it with anyone except the services that run the app: Supabase (database and sign-in), Resend (account emails) and Google (only if you choose Google sign-in). Orders are sent through WhatsApp only when you tap send.

Who can see your data

Only people signed in to your restaurant account. Each restaurant's data is kept separate from every other restaurant.

Deleting your data

The restaurant owner can delete items, orders and staff in the app at any time. To delete your whole account and restaurant, contact us and we will remove it.
